  • For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/99 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Camaltec Ibérica informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for Camaltec Ibérica and under its responsibility, in order to perform the maintenance and management of the relationship with the user, as well as the work of information, training and marketing of the service and activities related to them.

  • At the time of acceptance of these General Conditions, Camaltec Ibérica will require the collection of some basic and essential data for the provision of services. These data are: Name, surname, address, postal code and telephone number of the user. At the time of acceptance of this contract the user will be informed of the necessary nature of the collection of such data.

  • Also Camaltec Ibérica for the provision of certain services may request from the user a number of additional data, i) the tax identification number ii) locality iii) date of birth iv) sex v) profession vi) personal interests, which will be used for information, training and marketing of services offered by Camaltec Ibérica. Such data are voluntary and at the time of acceptance of this contract the user will be informed of the non-mandatory nature of the collection of the same for the provision of services Camaltec Ibérica, however failure to complete such data will prevent Camaltec Ibérica provide all those services linked to such data.

  • The user gives his consent to Camaltec Ibérica to use his Internet browsing data in order to send him third-party advertising in accordance with the websites he visits. Advertisers are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of their advertising, Camaltec Ibérica being a mere disseminator of the same. Advertisers may not have access to the user’s personal data directly without the express consent of the user on each occasion.

  • The rights of the right of deletion, right of limitation, right to data portability, right to withdraw consent at any time, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data collected by may be exercised by users, and where appropriate, by anyone representing them by written and signed request containing the following information: name, surname of the client, address for notification purposes, photocopy of ID card or passport, and request in which the request is specified, addressed to the following address: Camaltec Ibérica, Calle Pelayo 1, entresuelo B – San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante) or by sending an email with the above data to info@camaltec.es. In the event of a possible disagreement between the parties, it is possible to file a complaint with the competent Control Authority.

  • The period during which the personal data will be kept will be 1 year, or if a contractual relationship is established between both parties, for as long as this is effective.

  • Whenever Camaltec Ibérica requests the number of a user’s credit card, it will be encrypted and protected by a password so that only the user can access this personal information, with the customer being solely responsible for keeping the password secret.

  • Camaltec Ibérica undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to protect them, and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/99 of 11 July.
